Lifetime membership is awarded to individuals who have provided exceptional service to CLEARS at the State or Chapter level.

Membership Refund Policy

No refunds will be given for membership dues. Memberships are transferable on a case-by-case basis upon approval of the associated Chapter's Executive Board.
